Day 24 - Cuyahoga County Ohio Council for the Retarded Children

The Cuyahoga County Council for the Retarded Children was established in 1933 by parents of children with disabilities. This was a grass-roots organization which sought to support and help children within the region who had been excluded from their public schools.
