Day 87 - 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act

The 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act was signed into law as a stimulus package. This act provided significant increases in the funding of the Individuals with Disabilities Act, allowing for greater opportunities and progress in the field of special education.
