Day 93 - CEC and Open Society Foundations

The Council for Exceptional Children collaborated with the Open Society Foundations in 2011. Open Society Foundations work globally to support children, parents, and educators who experience severe disruptions such as children with disabilities and developmental delays. CEC worked with the Open Society Foundations to provide training and technical assistance to those in Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Western Africa.
